Method

  1. Combine beef, pork, ½ cup sour cream, bread crumbs, ½ cup tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, egg, wine, salt & pepper. Pack into ring mold. Bake 350° for 1 hour.
  2. Combine remaining 1½ cups tomato sauce, bacon and ½ cup sour cream. Heat gently and serve with meat loaf.
