Olive Oil Bread

Method

  1. Combine in food processor
  2. Pulse to mix. Add water. Process. Add 4 Tbs olive oil. Process.
  3. Add the rest of the flour ½ cup at a time, processing in between, until the dough forms a ball.
  4. Knead for just a minute.
  5. Rise in oven on lowest temp, in greased bowl covered in plastic.
  6. Form into 2 loaves on greased cookie sheets. Cornmeal on bottom. Smear olive oil all over. Cover with plastic and rise in oven.
  7. Remove plastic and bake.

Note

Use it as pizza dough too. Lengthen first rise. Roll thin. Limit the moisture in yr toppings. Bake hot as hell.
