Peach Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 peaches, ripe for eating
- 2 serrano chiles
- 4 garlic cloves, unpeeled
- Half a white onion, sliced into thick rounds
- Juice of a quarter lime
- Salt
Method
- Dry fry the garlic until it's black outside and mushy inside. Let cool and peel.
- Dry fry the onion slices for a minute or so each side until glistening.
- Blend all ingredients with enough water.
- Chill overnite.
