Tofu in Hot Sauce

Method

Tofu balls:

  1. Mix tofu, pork, egg, 1 Tbs cornstarch, salt, and 1 Tbs soy sauce.
  2. Fry as 1½″ bass in 2-3″ hot oil for 4 minutes until golden.

Sauce:

  1. Sauté garlic and ginger.

Add balls to sauce until heated thru.

Pour over spinach in serving bowl. Sprinkle with green onions.
